open exchange management console and run Clean-MailboxDatabase “Mailbox Database”  create a new user in Ad open Exchange Management Console and expand Recipients > then disconnected, your user should show up in there that you deleted. right click and select “connect” follow the wizard through and connect it to your new user. Outlook 2010 “The operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer”

I think this happened when users downloaded chrome and it didn’t install correctly. this is what worked for me… GOTO > RUN, type regedit > browse to HKEY_Current_User\Software\Classes\ Locate these .html .htm .xhtml .shtml change the value to htmlfile like i said this worked for me fine….. please dont forget to backup/export registry first.
