I think this happened when users downloaded chrome and it didn’t install correctly.
this is what worked for me…
GOTO
> RUN, type regedit
> browse to HKEY_Current_User\Software\Classes\
Locate these .html .htm .xhtml .shtml
change the value to htmlfile
like i said this worked for me fine….. please dont forget to backup/export registry first.
